Do you think my routine is healthy?
I'm 15
I lift weights every other day.
and I run almost everyday, about a mile.
After my workouts I usually eat 125 grams of protein
spaced between 5 hours.
I also smoke weed every other day.
(no lectures.. I like it so F.U.C.K OFF)
I eat a lot of chocolate and sandwiches.
I drink about 6 bottles of water a day. (100 oz)
don't really drink any soft drinks.
I also take vitamins.
I do a lot of walking to different places since I can't drive.
I also train to fight and box.
so voice your opinion and please give me some good tips to help me with training workouts for fighting, running, abs, and over all health.
Yes everything is good with the health..You are doing everything the best you can..You need to try and cut out some chocolate and white bread..That's the worst bread for you.You should eat a whole wheat bread.Good luck and God Bless.
