I think you are buying the computer in India.
Sound like a good deal.
1. However, you should go higher with the memory if you are going to use the computer for a lot of things. You can easily go up to 4GB or so.
2. Even the Hard Drive Capacity (160GB) seems a little low. Of course, you don't want your computer to run slow. Though it will depend on the usage.
3. Also, learn all the tricks as to how to get rid of all the Temporary Internet Files and cleaning up the disk space to maintain the speed.
4. You have not mentioned anything about the sound card or the video card.
5. Make sure you get a good operating system with compatible software to go with it.
6. Don't forget to get the manufacturer's warranty with technical / customer support package !
